Active recording is the perfect technological solution for recording distributed architectures of Cisco phone systems, like branches and remote working personnel. Moreover, the recording built on Cisco’s APIs acquires more data on calls then passive recording, and may have dedicated connectors to Cisco’s third party applications.

Beginning with 17.10 BlueVoice  software release we support active recording for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager), versions 8+.
